Frequently asked questions
What format do I upload the card statement in?
It depends on the bank: today Categorizei reads Itaú card statements in Excel or CSV, and Banco do Brasil ones in PDF. For other banks, card purchases can be entered manually while we expand coverage.
Do installment purchases show up?
The installments listed on each imported card statement show up, each one as an item.
Does each purchase use a credit?
Yes. Each new imported transaction, from a bank or card statement, equals 1 credit.
