Frequently asked questions
Do I need to understand finance or accounting?
No. If you can download the statement from your bank's app, you already know how to use it. The categories for individuals come ready when you sign up.
Can I sign up with a CPF (individual taxpayer number)?
Yes. Sign-up accepts a CPF or a CNPJ. With a CPF, you type in your name; only the CNPJ fills in the name automatically.
What about the credit card statement?
Itaú card statements (Excel, CSV or PDF) and Banco do Brasil card statements come in item by item, without counting the expense twice. For other banks, check each bank's page to see what is already supported.
Can I use it on my phone?
Categorizei was designed for the computer: on a larger screen it is easier to review and categorize your transactions.
